What do we do?

We provide three different types of services to be purchased, the typical description for each service goes as follows.

1. Commercial Property is the typical type of customer SLP will service. These properties receive regular lawn care that includes mowing, weed eating, and edging. Optional services are available upon request. At least three people will be sent out per job. Each commercial property will enter into a contract to be maintained at least twice a month. This will enable us to ensure that each property is maintained properly.

2. Residential Property usually purchase lawn care and maintenance services that includes lawn mowing, weed eating, and edging. Optional services are available upon request. At least two people will be sent out per job. Each residential property will enter into a contract to be maintained at least twice a month. This will enable us to ensure that each property is maintained properly.

3. Property preservation is the final type of the services offered by us. This consists of general lawn maintenance lawn mowing, weed eating, and edging. Once assigned a property we will thoroughly inspect it to find all safety hazard and notify owner. Once the inspection is complete then the cleaning process begins this includes removing all non-functioning appliances and removing excessively soiled flooring from the property. Minor repairs will be completed to property as ordered.
